5 Best Ways to Remove PCOD/PCOS Naturally

When I first learned about PCOD and PCOS, it felt like a heavy subject. Women are often told that this is a lifelong problem, something that can only be managed with medicines or strict diets. But through my journey of holistic healing and the recent training with Skindra Tuteja, a follower of Dr. Awadhesh Pandey, I discovered something deeper: PCOD and PCOS are not permanent curses. They are imbalances, and with the right approach, those imbalances can be corrected. Here are the five best ways I have learned that can help remove PCOD and PCOS from the root.

1. Clean the Manomaya Kosha

The most powerful insight I gained is that PCOD/PCOS does not begin in the ovaries—it begins in the mind. Thoughts create emotions, emotions influence hormones, and hormones control the reproductive cycle. When the mind is filled with negative stories—“Why am I a girl?”, “I must always be the good girl,” or constant stress—the body reflects those conflicts. Cleaning the Manomaya Kosha (the mental-emotional layer) is the first and most important step. Writing emotional blogs every day, forgiving those who hurt you, giving thanks to those who make you happy, and practicing acceptance in the mirror are tools that release blocked energy. Once the emotional weight is cleared, the body naturally begins to heal.

2. Balance Lifestyle, Diet, and Exercise

Yes, food and movement matter, but not in the way we usually think. Conventional approaches put all the pressure on diet and exercise, but they are only 20–30% of the solution. Still, they are important. A simple, clean diet with less processed food, fewer sugars, and more natural microbiome-rich meals like fermented vegetables, fresh greens, and seasonal fruits can support hormonal balance. Gentle, consistent exercise—not extreme workouts—is better for women with PCOD/PCOS. Walking, yoga, and mindful movement stabilize insulin and reduce stress hormones without exhausting the body.

3. Heal Hormonal Imbalances Naturally

At the heart of PCOS are disturbed hormones—estrogen, progesterone, insulin, and androgens. Obesity, insulin resistance, and excess stress all disrupt this delicate system. Fat tissue itself produces enzymes that increase androgen levels, leading to acne, unwanted hair, and irregular cycles. Healing requires restoring this balance naturally. Managing weight with mindful eating, reducing insulin spikes by avoiding refined carbs, and supporting the body with minerals (like selenium, which is often lacking in today’s soil) helps bring hormones back into rhythm. Wheatgrass juice, rich in enzymes and micronutrients, is another natural support I have seen working beautifully.

4. Reconnect with Nature and Soil

This is something very few people talk about, but it touched me deeply. Women today are cut off from the soil, from the earth’s microbiomes, which are essential for building immunity and balance. Our ancestors walked barefoot, worked with soil, and ate food grown in microbe-rich fields. Now, chemicals, GMOs, and packaged foods have replaced that connection. Reconnecting with nature—walking barefoot on grass, gardening, breathing in fresh air—reintroduces healthy microbes into the body. It may sound simple, but it is powerful. The body feels lighter, cycles become more regular, and the stress of PCOS begins to fade.

5. Rewrite the Story of Womanhood

The most healing idea I have learned is that diseases like PCOD/PCOS often begin with an inner conflict about identity. If a girl grows up with shame, suppression, or conflict about being female, the subconscious carries that pain into adulthood. Healing comes from rewriting that story. Instead of “Why am I a girl?” the affirmation becomes “I accept and celebrate my life as it is.” Instead of seeing menstruation as a burden, one begins to honor it as a natural rhythm. In ancient traditions, menstruation was celebrated as sacred, not hidden. When this story is rewritten in the subconscious mind, the body aligns itself with health.

Conclusion: The Holistic Path to Freedom

The five ways to remove PCOD and PCOS are not shortcuts or pills. They are deep, holistic steps: clean the Manomaya Kosha, balance lifestyle with diet and exercise, heal hormones naturally, reconnect with soil and nature, and rewrite the story of womanhood. Together, they address not just the symptoms but the root causes.

What I have learned is that women do not have to live forever under the shadow of PCOD or PCOS. Healing is possible when we honor both body and mind, when we listen to the wisdom of nature, and when we choose to live in acceptance rather than conflict. The journey is not about fighting disease but about rediscovering harmony.
